Where did all my stats go? A day or two ago, I could click the My detailed stats link on the left, and see my detailed stats. However, clicking that link now only gives me a User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit error message. Where did my stats go? How do I go about getting them back? My hosts show up in the Host list, my projects show up in My project list, all my profile information appears correct. Did boincstats.com lose my information? Any help getting my stats back would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, the team problem was a database problem (of alien origin )

Somehow all the id's of the teams got mixed up. Thanks to this bug report I could fix it just in time before the start of the daily update

Hello agian. Upon suggestions, I looked through the CPID Problems / missing credits forums, to no avail. The closest I could find was a post identical to mine, here: http://boincstats.com/en/forum/21/9249,1 however, there was no solution given in this particular post. Other posts of similar issue all seemed in the same vein; folks expressing their issues, but no solutions being given.

If any one could provide me with some troubleshooting steps or solutions, I would greatly appreciate it. Is there a knowledge base or troubleshooting guide? Any documented techniques or procedures?

I have a few ideas of things I could try on my own, but, due to my ignorance of how boincstats/BAM/boinc works as a whole, I'm not sure what unintedend results I might cause. To that end, if a subject matter expert could kindly provide me with A> troubleshooting steps/solutions or B> guidance on the following 'shot in the dark' ideas.

1. Renew my CPID
and/or
2. From boincstats, remove then re-add all my projects
and/or
3. From boincstats, remove then re-add all my hosts
and/or
4. Completely uninstall, then re install, BOINC on my hosts
and/or
5. Remove/delete, then recreate my account on BAM/boincstats
and/or
6. Dispense with boincstats/BAM altogether, and just add up my credits manually

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you recently change your username either here at BAM! or at one ore more projects?

SUSPECTED SOLUTION: RENEW CPID!!!!

To any other boincstats users experiencing this problem: I renewed my CPID, and within 24hrs, I was able to view my detailed stats again. I have no idea if this fixed the issue, or if the issue cleared itself up and it was just coincidence. But, 24hrs after renewing my CPID, I was able to view my stats. I hope this helps anyone else having this issue.
