I'm having difficulty getting my cpid under one account. I use an identical name, email, and password on all projects. I've had to drop out the last 8 mos due to some technical difficulties on my end and extensive travel, was just trying to get accounts merged for the upcoming pentathalon. Any advice appreciated. Have read the relavent FAQs and Forums, maybe I'm missing something. My cpid's are:
c1b8f34d67a4ad936e54fae0c4552
2dfdc33e38645207623d93d786247e90
Would attaching my running computers to a different "older" project, such as SETI be the answer? For some reason, even projects like PrimeGrid have lost my found primes/ badges/ etc. I'm sure it's just something small I'm overlooking. Any advice from more advanced users is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Additional information:

I guess I'm just trying to understand why, using the same account name, email, password, etc, I even have two seperate cpid's. If I understood why, perhaps I could fix the problem. I believe that the only think that could possibly be different would be my ip address, as I cancelled and then reconnected internet. All of my current projects running are turning in their results just fine. It's simply trying to get my "new" cpid to jive with my original one. Again, I'm happy to provide any additional info that I can, and appreciate any advice from the community.

Based on what I am seeing you don't have a CPID problem you have two different accounts, my primary indicator is Collatz Conjecture, DistrRTgen and PrimeGrid are showing on both stats pages. If this was a CPID problem you would have some projects on each stats page but no duplicates.

The email address you used to create those three accounts this month is different than the one you used previously. Once you remember which email address you used before you can try and work with those three projects to merge your two accounts together. Note some project admins will do this some will not and I don't know how these will handle a merge request.

Once you have the same email address used at all your projects the CPID should become the same. To aid this you want at least one host attached to all the projects until they sync up, it can be set to no new work.

Thanks for the reply, Jeff. As far as I know, I've always used the same email account for all projects, (I've only had 2 ever). I will go back through, and make sure that all of my projects are using the same one.

A couple of odd things are: When I try to log into BAM! using the same email as my accounts are running under, it says "email already in use". Well, it's my email! I only use a couple of different passwords, and I cannot get any of them to work. Nor, can I get the password to reset, or contact my email address.

When I try to attach to a project I've run previously, e.g., SETI@home, it has no record of my account, but for some reason, my stats still show up on this original user ID. Not quite sure why.

I've attached to Collatz Conjecture,DiRT and PG as they remembered my email, and I was able to log in using email/password that I've always used. Was hoping they would sync up, but it's been a couple of Sundays, and I'm starting to wonder.

Appreciate the help, and will double check the emails/passwords again, just to make sure. Thanks!

I double checked all projects. Working under the same email. I simply must have another BAM! account under that original email address that I cannot access for some reason. I tried logging in using every password I can think of, but can't access it. Is there any possible way to merge two seperate accounts? It's not a big deal, but let's face it, everyone loves the points! I keep getting messages in my BAM! notices that says: unable to resolve host i.d. and I'm guessing this is why.

Success! Wow, that was ALOT of work! Willy, I really feel for ya, bro. I can't imagine what it's like dealing with 200 thousand users on a daily basis! Was able to finally get my old account active.... so what if I lose 6mil pts, I'll have it back in a couple of weeks! Beats losing 60million! So, I guess I'm ready to roll. Good luck to you all in the upcoming Pentathalon, and keep on Crunchin'! Thanks, again, Jeff17 for the correct assertation.
