Forum::CPID problems::Points Removed

For some reason about 52,000 points were removed from my user name a few days ago. I run einstein@home and rosetta, but when I checked my stats today it showed me 100% einstein only. What could be the reason?

Most likely your CPID is changing right now. If you added a new host or project that would most likely be the cause. If it has not straightened itself out in a couple of days post again.

I agree with Keck. It seems that your CPID has changed. Please wait a while in order the new CPID is synched to the other projects.

How can you have "lost 52,000" when that graph shows you never had more than 4,300 points?

From that graph it looks like you lost about 2000 points, which is very similar to the points this other "DerekPod" picked up on the same day: http://www.boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user...0e69081a0fb7e07

Basically, it looks like your CPID has changed on one of the projects as said above.

Right now I'm unable to get work from Rosetta though I don't have it suspended. I'm only able to get work from einstein as of now. Any way to fix it?
