My detailed stats page has lost all credits from my active projects, and only shows that from th eretires BBC CCE project.

On 2011-08-17 the "Last 30 Days" section at the bottom shows I had 1,510,929 credits, but on 2011-08-18 (and subsequent days) I only have 18,922 credits.

The four preceeding pie charts are each replaced by a graphic stating "Illegal Pie Plot. Aum of all data is zero for Pie Plot".

The only project mentioned anywhere on the detailed stats page is the retired BBC CCE project.

My project list correctly shows the six active projects to which I am attached.

The only recent change is that I am now a member of the Test4Theory (aka LHC@home 2.0), however, those stats were displaying correctly before I went away for a couple of days R&R.

I've never noticed a problem like this before and I have been a member of BoincStats for some years.

Here are your credits of the other projects.

It looks like you have to sychronise your retired BBC-project: http://boincstats.com/bam/retired_projects.php

Hi Crystal Pellet, (Same CP I'm talking to on T4T?)

I've synchronised the retired project with no effect.
I've also done the Renew CPID on the Main account page.
Neither seems to have had any effect, in particular the CPID does not seem to have changed.

Do I have to wait for a daily update or something?

How did you find the "correct" page? Is there some way I could have found it myself?
Also the page showing the other projects has nothing before 2011-08-18.

Could you please explain how a dead (retired) project could have any affect on BoincStats?

Thanks

Graham

Hi Crystal Pellet, (Same CP I'm talking to on T4T?)

There is only one Crystal Pellet in BOINC-world, but several CP's
I've synchronised the retired project with no effect.

After done that, you could have better wait some time to 1 day.
I've also done the Renew CPID on the Main account page.

That could make things worse.
Do I have to wait for a daily update or something?

Yes! Longer when projects are down.
How did you find the "correct" page? Is there some way I could have found it myself?

Yes! On the top left of this page you see a box where you can fill in a user name. Then press search and when you are lucky, there are not that many crunchers with the same name.
Also the page showing the other projects has nothing before 2011-08-18.

That's why it's called a split CPID
Could you please explain how a dead (retired) project could have any affect on BoincStats?

I try to tell it short.
Reason 1: Different e-mail addresses used at different projects.
Reason 2: Your case I suppose. When signing up for a new project, you initially get a hashed cpid somehow also using your e-mail from that project. It should be synchronized with the older projects to where you are attached. Possibly the older ones synchronized to the new cpid. A retired project cannot be synchronized by the project itself. Only for BAM-signed ups, there is a possibility to do this for projects retired during their BAM-assignment period. So, not the retired project had affect, but the new cpid on the others. The trouble only appears in your BOINC combined stats.

Now I understand!

I just changed my e-mail address on all projects and BoincStats but not Bon BC CCE.
(I'm thinking of changing my ISP and they were all using an e-mail tied to my current ISP - lots more sites to update but it's a start!)

So it's all my own fault!
I'll wait a few days to see if it sorts it self out now!

Thanks again.

Graham if you want to change something like your email, webpage or the user name, then change it in BAM.
It is much easier to change it here once and let BAM communicate this changing to all attached projects.

Thanks rroonnaalldd,

I wasn't aware that I could do that!

Anyway, its too late now, I've already done it just hope it sorts itself out after the daily update!
