Ever since I joined MW@Home, whenever I use the BoincStats.com link from Seti@Home or MW@Home, the stats page shows me a member of Seti.USA and NOT my Team OS/2 Warp. How do I get the stats page to show me usual page.

For one you have to give it a few days sometimes to show the change, I see the User Name Keith Myers @ 2 Projects Seti@home Classic & Seti@home & BOK's Stat's Site shows you as being on the OS/2 Warp Team. Make sure your using the same E-Mail Address at the Projects that you use here, should straighten out by it's self eventually.

Yes, I am using the same email address and name. The cross-project identifier is the same for both projects. When I use the link to BoincStats, (my preferred stats resource), the stats page correctly identifies me, just that it says I am member of a team. I am not a member of any team for MilkyWay@Home, just for Seti@Home. Also the stats are not being updated it seems on the stats sites. It says I have only about 3600 credits for MW and in actuality, I am approaching 25K. I fumble around on the stats sites for a while and eventually click on something that takes me to individual project stats and if I click on the bar graph icon, will take me to a stats page which shows my Seti@Home stats and the correct team OS2/ Warp. From there I can check my standings within my team. I would just like to get back to the state where my welcoming BoincStats page immediately showed my Seti@Home stats and team standings.

Since you only started MW on 24th this month, and the last user.xml is from 2011-01-25 05:07:13 GMT, there can't be much more in it

Something's wrong @MW, they have no current stats exported, and Willy only can read in those xml.

Well, it looks like at least the stats export is working as I now have the correct number of credits for today. Still am showing a problem with my account showing me belonging to Team Seti.USA which I am not. I have used the Teams tool several times to try and leave Seti.USA. It shows a success message but the website main account page still hasn't updated to show my correct team affiliation. I haven't found a way to contact whoever moderates Team Seti.USA to ask them to purge me from their membership. Do you by chance know how to contact the Seti.USA moderators?

If you are a member of different teams on different projects, BOINCstats will show you as a member of the team you are registered at the most projects with. If you are a member of "SETI USA" at 2 projects and a member of "Team OS/2 Warp" at only 1, from your combined stats you will be shown as a member of "SETI USA".

Remember that any changes you make to your teams will not take effect immediately, but will have to wait for the stats updates to come from the projects.

And things like team membership, graphics and such are only changed once a day here at BOINCstats, at the daily update. The credits change with every incremental update. So you probably already are without a team in MW, it's just not shown here. In SETI you are already in OS/2 Warp, even here.

I am attached to only 2 projects, Seti@Home and MilkyWay@Home. So BoincStats should show no preference for either project being weighted equally. I am a member of only 1 team, OS/2 Warp.

Well, I have been waiting several days now for each daily update for the site to clear up its problems. Still have this site showing me attached to Seti.USA. I use the Team tool to view my teams and it always shows me attached to Seti.USA for MW project. I use the tool to quit membership in Seti.USA and it reports success in dropping me, but every day I come back and check, I find that it still shows me attached to Seti.USA. BoincStats is the only stats resource that is having the problem. All the other web sites I click on from my account page in Seti@Home show my correct team membership with OS/2 Warp. I like the stats presentation best here but if this can't be fixed I guess I'll move on and use one of the others.

Also, my stats for MW have not updated at all. The stats page shows no history and a fixed amount of work stuck at 3600 or so. Nothing shown for any of the days since I joined the project. This is the webpage:

I'm pretty sure that MW is exporting recent stats as I see my correct accumulate totals at the top of the page. Just that none of the graphs or charts have any info in them other than the original data.

Hallelujah! It looks like team membership has finally sorted itself out. Maybe the last time I used the leave team tool finally worked. My greeting page now shows my proper team membership with OS/2 Warp. It seems to have reset itself though showing me as a new member and not showing my team standings throughout the week. I can live with that as it will now accumulate my standings normally I assume. Yeah!

The team tools here have no immediate influence on your stats.
Stats are generated from the project XML alone, only for retired projects there is a service here to keep them in line for BAM! users.
If the projects exports you with a certain team attached to your account, that's what Willy (and every other stats site, will use.

And, if you had read the FAQ, you would have known that any such change will only take place only once per day here, at the daily update at about 1600UTC. Credits and ranks are updated inbetween, but nothing else.

I did read the FAQ as I hate asking questions that have already been answered. The MW database export had been fixed for two days now and yet the site here didn't correct things yesterday. Also, this is the only site that had the team affiliation wrong. All the other stats web sites were correct. If the project database export is the same to all stats sites, why was BoincStats the only one that was having issues. At this point .... I don't care .... things are back as they were before I joined MW. I am having to go back up the learning curve in regard to how BOINC works as I never cared in the past since I only belonged to one project and how the back end works never affected me. I have much to learn I see. Thanks for all the comments and help.
