It's been a few days since I first noted this problem : whenever i click on "detailed statistics" (Mes Stats Détaillées), the message "This user CPID doesn't exist or doesn't have credit" displays. I don't think I changed a lot of things, I just registered two weeks ago on two more projects with a different account name (the firsts were listed as Hugo, the newer are listed as mulehollandaise)
There are still stats for my computer, but no user stats (even if i'm registered as mulehollandaise, the projects registered as Hugo were on my statistics) ; worse, the user "mulehollandaise" doesn't exist when you try to search it on the user database!
How can I get all this right ? Thanks a lot !

It's best to use the same User Name & E-Mail Address across the Projects, if you don't it can lead to CPID Problems especially if you don't use the same E-Mail Address ...

I'm quite sure I used the same email address for all of the projects I'm involved in... Also, when I click on "Your account" (in the Boinc Manager program) for every of my projects, the page displays correctly all the projects -- regardless of the name of the account I used to subscribe to those projects.

I finally managed to see my profile, but there are several things wrong. First of all, it says that I got all my credit (well, most of it, approx. 81.000) on Aug 22nd, and my credit before that was 0. Then, the computer that is listed isn't my computer, but another one which seemingly has stopped crunching a year ago...

Could you provide a link to the user stats you are referring to? I don't find any stats for "mulehollandaise" and there are far too many "Hugo"s for me to go through. Are you using BAM, or just the stats?

I will echo the need to use the same account information across all the projects; there is absolutely no way to make sure all of your project stats line up otherwise.

Also, you can see that there's a problem when you see my avatar on this forum: the credits displayed are correct (for user Hugo), but when you click on "mulehollandaise" you get a "this user doesn't exist".

Of course you can't find your stats when clicking on "My detailed stats", because they are under a different user name! If you want to use BAM's functions, and not just use the stats and forums by themselves, you MUST use the same user name, email and password across all the projects and your BAM account. Furthermore, you'll have to "add" your projects to BAM in order for them to get your CPID and make the connection between the stats and your BAM account.

If you don't know what BAM is or don't want to use it, and just want to look at the stats you're going about it in the wrong way.

I think I had added the projects to BAM correctly (I remember doing that step), and BAM chose the username for me (obviously, mulehollandaise). Furthermore, when I click on "My projects", every project I'm registered in (as Hugo or mulehollandaise) appears on the list! I can't understand why BAM finds every project regardless of the username provided, but can't sum the stats in the end! Moreover, you'll notice that there are 80000+ credits in front of my username on this forum, but that when you click on my username a message "this user doesn't exist" prompts. I really don't understand that...

The message says:

User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit.

which only means that the CPID (Cross Project ID) of your BAM! account is not the same as that of your project accounts.

It does exist according to BOK's Stat's Site >>> http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=9e7feaae8dcf958d6c34a135b38c06e5 with a CPID of 9e7feaae8dcf958d6c34a135b38c06e5 but it looks like no Credit or very little Credit is being accredited to the Account. So as others have already stated your CPID here at BOINCstats simply doesn't match the CPID at the Project's.

Also if I do a Google search of your CPID of 9e7feaae8dcf958d6c34a135b38c06e5 I come up with Hugo but with a different CPID >>> http://boincstats.com/stats/user_graph.php?pr=rosetta&id=354289 = CPID of 2c38a7eedd4099fa28f092a3ab1755fa ...

When you added your projects to BAM, did you click "Create account" or "Find account" for the projects? Do you have any hosts using BAM?
