I've made sure my login IDs are consistent across the 3 projects Seti, World Comm, and Rosetta) I do and the 3 clients I have running are doing just fine. I've disconnected and reconnected the Account Manager in each client but still no daily credits in Boincstats. It may have started when I changed my password at Boincstats a month or so ago, but I have no idea what I did wrong. My user ID is still the same.

Is there a way for someone to look and see what's wrong? I have no idea what to do.

TIA

Are this your statistics? They look pretty good for the last 60 days.

If you check his BAMid 26993, you will get Detailed statistics for "dwills"

Maybe 2 user-accounts?

wdavro has crunched some credits, only this user is not linked to his account.
It could be a CPID-split.

when I log in as wdavro I get the following:

detailed statistics for "dwills"
user name wdavro
bam id: 26993
cross project identifier: ...dae6
cpid: ...dae6
current credit: 13,717.15
daily stats = 0

I don't know how to log into this account (I've tried many of my usual passwords), which is the link in Jahn Gundalf's email:
detailed statistics for "wdavro"
user name: wdavro
Bam ID: 26993
cross project identifier: ...5410
cpid: ...dae6
current credit: 253,686.74
lots o daily stats

the only difference between the two is the cross project identifier. Same user name, same BAM ID, same CPID.

What in the world did I do to create this mess???! And is there any way to fix it?

I am completely baffled.

Ummmmm Errrrrrr I wouldn't be Posting my Cross Project Identifier or CPID in an Open Forum if I were you, if the wrong person comes along they'll put that to good use for themselves maybe ... Just a Warning

I'm not sure what Account your trying to Log into, the one here at BOINCStats, if so Willy should be able to help you I would think ...

If it's at a Project you'd have to get with a Mod & the Dev's to straighten it out ... I've had to do that at several Projects already myself

If the CPid's are different the main reason is because the E-Mail Addresses are different, or 1 of the Projects Your Attached to isn't Syncing up with your other Projects and creating a different CPID for that Project.

I've straightened that out before by making sure all my Computers were attached to some Project that I joined a long time ago, that usually straightens the CPID out but may take some time to do it like a few weeks even.

Do I need to send this question to him some other way, or do I just wait?

I'd wait a day or so & see if he responds, if not you could try a PM, don't know if he'll respond to that but all you can do is try and see what happens. Maybe Sid the Forum Mod could help somehow by asking Willy about it if Willy doesn't see this. I'd PM him first, explain your problem and see where that gets you ...

Good Luck with it anyway, I know it can be a big Headache trying to straighten something like that out ...

Wdavro, something I've been thinking about, you Posted a Cross Project Identifier & also a CPID, as far as I know their One in the same (Somebody correct me if I'm wrong) So if I'm correct then the 2 Accounts don't really have the same something because whatever your listing there > ...5410 doesn't have matching Numbers:

wdavro, somewhere in November 2008 you changed your nickname from dwills into dwavro.
You also changed your email-address. Thats why you have a split CPID now.

You did not change both on the projects Climate Prediction and SIMAP.
So if you do that on those projects everything will synchronize after a few days.

If you cannot login on those projects with your old nickname 'dwills', perhaps of forgotten the right password,
you can login their with the account keynumber you got. If you do not know that by head (what I can imagine ) ,
this number can be found in the account_projectname_.xml file behind authenticator. That file is in your Boincdata directory.

Good luck!

Brought that up to him in a earlier Post of mine Crystal & figured he'd check his Accounts for a difference in E-Mail Address's ... Guess not

I know PB and I've read the former posts. One thing wdavro posted was not correct.
The CPID for wdavro is .....5410 and not .....dae6.
Of course you was correct that BOINC Cross Project IDentifier and CPID is the same, so that was incorrect in his post.

The link to the wdavro stats is http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=1804781

The rest of my post was to put wdavro to action and not Willy, because wdavro should correct the neglects.

Right, but he made it sound like it was a problem with his Account here so I misunderstood him then & figured Willy might have to straighten it out for him ...
