I just changed my email address, and now have two separate users that show up on BOINCstats. I guess it's not a huge problem, except that my BOINCstats account seems to be linked to the one with only two projects (Predictor and NanoHive) that are either retired or have not been updated in a while. So, my signature and whatnot are linked to only these two projects.

Looks like the Predictor XML hasn't been updated for a while; was the project address not changed on BOINCstats?

I see there is a "Sync retired projects" option under the BOINCstats menu, but the "Update project" checkbox is grayed out.

I've noticed that changing email addresses has caused problems for others as well; I wouldn't have done it if I had a choice... Unfortunately, my old email is no longer receiving any messages from the outside world, and tech support is unresponsive. It sounds as though the company has gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Hopefully, these are things that can be fixed so I can have an intact stats signature; any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I made the change, I did it through the "Main account page" on BAM; not sure why it's only associated with the "inactive" projects now. Would this be something that might fix itself after a database update? It's been a few days now, and nothing seems to have changed.

Can it at least be fixed, so that I can have the active projects showing up in my signature?

The answer is already given a dozen times in this forum: go to your main account page, go to edit, then tick the box to reset your CPID and submit.
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.

Awesome, everything looks good now. Just have to wait and see what happens with Predictor. Thanks for the help.
