I dont know if this is a boinc stat issue or not and I just wanted to see if Im only one... but I got deducted 40 million points yesterday. What can be the reason behind this?

I think this is a CPID split.
This potentially looks like your missing points to me.
As you can't crunch WCG for the moment, I don't think you can do much atm., but thie issue should be resolved by crunching all projects on one machine.
