I don't know if there is an Admin that can join the two accounts together, but I have a retired project that is in my " DJ Crazy Jimmy " Account on BoincStats with 5.2 million credit then i have a second account on BoincStats that is named " DJ Crazy Jimmy " as well that has around 5.2 million credit for my current projects. I want to somehow put them all together as one so my total credit is 10 million as it should be that is what it should be.

User ID: 3121619 (my retired Project [ i only have 1 project there retired ] )

I don't know exactly what caused the split between user id's but if someone can help me figure out what to do that would be great.

Same problem here, both accounts in the name Bryn Mawr with the same e-mail address and password but in my case there are 4 active projects on the first and 1 active project on the second.

I apologise, I think the duplication of IDs is with Team England. I think that the lack of stats for the Ralph project that show up under the second user id but not within BAM is down to duplicate records for one of my pcs that I’ve just spotted and merged. I’ll wait until tomorrow to see if the situation corrects itself.

No, that's not right. I’m now logged in under two different profiles, both apparently Bryn Mawr, the other one showing my main processing for Rosetta, WCG, Climate Prediction and TN-Grid and this one showing Ralph.

I’ve added Ralph to the main profile to see if it will pick up the data but it doesn’t - clicking on the stats icon shows a credit of zero. If I go into the show position in team for Boinc Combined then it shows my main profile at 9 (no Ralph) and the second profile at 87 with just Ralph.

It does genuinely look as though BAM has duplicate entries with different user numbers - can they be merged?
