Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me. All of the sudden I've lost 39,895,488 points and over half of the projects that I am currently running are missing. I've checked all of my active projects and the Cross Projects IDs on all projects match. They all show 8cdf5db4b0fd985cc2edff431e6591c0 as the Cross Project ID. Thank you in advance for your help.

Looks you missed one CPID check, the one for SETI with Warren Rogers as username: http://boincstats.com/en/stats/0/user/detail/8102481

The one that you are talking about is under a different email address when I was just doing SETI. My email address had been changed when my service provider changed and I couldn't add that one as they needed to be able to send an email verifying the email change. I missed their cutoff when Comcast@home email address changed when they stopped using an outside high speed network to their own.

I'm actually missing all of my active projects. The ones that are listed I'm no longer active on them. The list of my active projects are Asteroids@home, Climateprediction.net, Einstein@home, LHC@home1.0, Milkyway@home, Moo!Wrapper, Pem@home, PrimeGrid, Quake-Catcher Network, Rosetta@home,SAT@home, World Community Grid, Yoyo@home and a new SETI under my email. None of them are listed on my user page and I've lost another 666,202 points today.

Even if I weren't crunching any projects any more I still should have all of the credit that I had earned. I shouldn't loose credit if I'm no longer crunching. I understand that my position would change but not the total amount of credit I've already earned.

Thank you for your help,

Warren

Hello I think that there is a problem with the way my stats are being saved. The day I started seeing the negative credit a different area was created. I went to Asteroids@home and used the link to BOINCstats and found that my stats were being saved to Warren B. Rogers. The amount of credit there is the amount that had been removed from the original account. The only problem is I can't login to that account, it says it doesn't exist. Also, this area is missing my retired projects.

Thank you for your help,

Warren Rogers

If your CPID's still match and projects were all being handled by BAM!, I believe you should be able to (with the exception of WCG) to change your info here and it will cascade to the projects.

If you aren't sync'd you'll have to goto the project manually and update your info. Except for Android (you need to be rooted), you can find your project key so long as you are attached to the project with your BOINC client. You can search on finding your project key here or at BOINC.

Thank you for you help but it looks like my account had some how gotten assigned a second CPID. I'm not sure how I did do a refresh on my CPID and the second account did show up but when I login I still get the one with the wrong CPID. When I login I get a CPID of 89c458a4b25581cd5e874bc874b7b5bc which is wrong. The above CPID is the correct one. I'm not sure how to get my CPID to return to the proper one.

Thank you,

Warren
