We must be in the dog days of summer, considering the number of BOINC projects that usually are out of work or outright closing down [LHC, SIMAP, Magnetism, Proteins, Lattice and Cels]
So how about giving another project a try: MindModeling@Home (Beta)?
MindModeling@Home (Beta) is based at the Cognitive Engineering Research Institute in Mesa, AZ, and it's mission statement reads:
The Cognitive Engineering Research Institute (CERI) is an independent, not-for-profit, research institute founded by partners from private industry, academia, and government laboratories.
Through CERI, these sectors come together to solve critical problems of socio-technical systems by applying human-centered design, conducting problem-oriented research, and facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration among scientists, practitioners, and users.
CERI forms pathways from scientific results in the laboratory to the implementation of the results into the systems of national importance.

MindModeling@Home (Beta) currently has work available and is accepting new members. It's WU's run generally in less than an hour on most hosts, many much shorter, it will run on Windows, Linux and Mac and their credit granted is reasonable.
Team BOINCstats is currently in 7th place in Team RAC and could improve on that with a little help.
