I'm told this will be done if it fails to communicate within a week.

This machine is not dead, but it is in need of repair which I haven't had time to do yet. Is there a way to not delete it so I don't have to recreate it when it is fixed? Thanks!

Hosts will be removed after 31 days of inactivity. There is no preventing that.

I still have hosts on Boinc Bam! that haven't communicated in months. After 31 days, they just go "inactive" and reactivate as soon as they synchronize.
