I installed recently released android BOINC client. I could see some projects available but couldn't log in to BAM! even when I tried to add project by url like it was possible with nativeBOINC. Is there any way to use BAM! account on android BOINC like we do on Windows PC?

The official BOINC client for Android doesn't support account managers yet, but it's in the works.

There are no "BAM points", the points you have in the BOINCstats combined statistics are from the projects themselves--your WCG credit will be included just like everything else.
