I just signed up for BAM. I didn't realise that the password had to be the same as for the projects, which is a bit strange as I had different passwords for each project.
Anyway, I changed them all to the same password as BAM, but the program is still not detecting any of my projects, or my team membership.

Anyone got any ideas?

Phil.

If by "program", you mean the website, you'll have to go to "Sign-up for projects" and select "Find account" the ones you've got accounts for. This page is pretty handy when you want to sign up for new projects, as all it takes is one click, and BAM will create an account for you with identical information.

Once your projects have been added, you can use the Teams function.

I did this, for each of my projects. It still does not find my groups, and clicking on credit for each project says that I don't exist, or have zero credit.
Have I just created new ids in each of my existing projects? If so, is that going to screw up my stats?

It's a bit confusing, 'sign-up for projects' is not exactly intuitive for 'find my existing stuff'...

Well, you are signing your existing stuff up to BAM! The Host ID or Zero Credit issue has many causes. Check your projects and see if they see the hosts and are getting credit. If the projects are fine then its an issue with BAM! Sometimes the issue corrects itself after a few days.

Well, it now sees my projects, but there are major problems with the website. Every time I click on *anything* - and I do mean every time - I get an error saying that boincstats is not responding due to a long-running script. I connected to several of my projects through the site, but all except 1 still say no contact has been made.
Then I get major issues with IE crashing - constant messages about a problem with the site caused IE to close and reopen the page.

I guess this is progress, but...

This thread describes the same problem (IE not responding, timeout-error): Boincstats website script error
Willy will probably fix it, but I suggest you use a different browser for boincstats.com. Chrome is giving me no problems at all
