if I got project with 10 points set and another one with 5 points for resource allocation do this setting make in longer time that both projects will be calculated to make my boinc points ratio 2/1, and if I set both to 10 points, both projects (if there is work from them) will have similar number of boinc points?

It will not be a ratio on points/project, but on longer term a ratio on spend computing time/project.

It can take a few days to see the expected resource share for each project to adjust properly. These ratios are based on on the amount of run time each project receives, not the number of Boinc points.

so if I got one project which run for many days and I add second one, and I want to run them for similar time I need to allocate to both same resource points and their processing time should after some time be similar?

The first one will always have those days more, but if you look at the recent week at any time in the future, they should have similar processing time.
