All,
good morning, I hope I am addressing to the correct forum thread space. I am adding new computers and have less credit than before adding them. My main computer is not entering any credit to my account. Is there any option I am choosing wrongly? I have the feeling the credit are kept because my computer are posting finished tasks, but it does not seem to be accounted. Thank you for your help.

I have a similar problem, read through the FAQ several times searched the forum but I can't see what is wrong. The credit is only showing for 1 of my 6 hosts. If I go to each project and look there I see the credit from these hosts, just not on the host list. The credit chows in some areas of BOINCStats but not others.

Is there something else that needs to be done? (I have tried manually syncing with BAM from the BOINC clients on several of them but that doesn't change anything)

Take a look on http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_host_stats.php?pr=bo&st=0&userid=3a4c4f8291f66bebd84cc18f6602fd47
I see multiple cpus-entries with the same name. If you don't have these 16 hosts, you have a split cpid. Did you use the same email and password on all your projects?

I think you are misunderstanding what a split CPID is; the link you provided points to a host list that doesn't really tell you about a split CPID. A host list won't tell you about a CPID, since the host list only displays hosts for one user. A split CPID exists when there are multiple accounts for a user under different projects or groups of projects. The BOINCstats host list shows 16 hosts, with different configurations (processor, OS, etc) so if they have the same name it's likely because the user has given them the same name on purpose.

However, I do find two users named "papagaio" when searching the stats... One active account with the projects Malaria Control, POEM, Rosetta and SETI. Another account exists, as a member of a different team, at WCG but is not active. If you want to merge that account, you'll have to use the same account information (username, email, password) as your BAM account has. WCG has a history of being difficult with BOINC and BOINCstats, so if you try to merge them please be patient.

To the original poster: Have you checked the project's site, to make sure the credit you are missing is not in a "pending validation" status or the like? Some projects will let a bunch of work back up before validating it and giving you credit. Also, the information synched with BOINCstats is not real-time; some projects may take up to 24 hours before BOINCstats gets updated numbers.

You are right. Split CPID was the false term. Should be a ghost host or something like that.
I had in the past also multiple entries of a host in that list. Strange for me was that cpu, os and the number of cores are equal like in Papagaio's list and every day they got negative or zero credits. This was caused thru offline projects and multiple entries of the same host on different projects. I merged this entries on my attached projects and BOINCstats came in sync.

Node, i found three "papagaio" in the stats. Two "papagaoi" with different team names and a "papagaiodiscoclub" without a team name. "papagaiodiscoclub" without and "papagaio" with team "LNCC-ComCiDis" seems to be the same. Both contains WCG only and got negative credits in the past days.
