My work blocks some of the projects with its proxy. Can I set BAM to have two sets of projects, one for home computers, and one for work computers, so I can limit the work ones to the projects which will be able to connect?

Although I've never done this myself, I'm pretty sure that it can be done. From the "My BAM Menu" (on the upper left hand side of the BOINCstats pages) click on "Host List". Then click on the host you want to adjust resources on. From there, I think you can adjust resources as you wish.
