I've got this member named 'korot' who has 4 pc's. He uses BAM to manage his clients. However, everytime he prepares a new pc he gets a different CPID for it. For this reason there are 3 accounts created. All with same name, email and team. Obviously he just wants to have one.
He says he can see all of his pc's on his BAM account.
So the question is two-fold: why can there be multiple CPID's on one email address?
2. How can he change things so all of his pc's contribute points to the correct user with the correct CPID.

Thanks

Aren't you confusing user-CPID with host-CPID like here?
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.

I hope not,
There are 3 korot's all with the same email/name/team but (obviously) different user CPID's otherwise they wouldn't show up as different users.

He created these with BAM, I'm not very into BAM so I don't really know how he did it, just that he did it. So, when he got a new pc, he added it with BAM, but for some reason a new, identical, user was created.

To my knowledge there can't be multiple users with identical email addresses.

You should (together with korot?) check how BAM! works.
If korot has been following the instructions on this page *and* still there are 3 accounts, than you can report this as a bug.
