I sent you a PM last week : we have a member of l'AF who cannot reset his password / access to his BAM account, he receives (various attempts) a temporary password but he tells me it will always fail when trying to use it.

Could you please help, I sent you his details (pseudo and email) in the PM.

So I tried password recovery for him and it worked as expected, I could log in with the temporary password. Does he try to log in with username and (temp) password?

Anyway, I logged in as him with the temp password and I've used the account edit option to change hist password. I'll send that to you in a PM.

In the 2nd screenshot there is the error.

He tries with either the pseudo or the email and the password you provided.

He also has a 2nd email stef.kien@free.fr and I think he would like to replace the first one with that one, but I told him he should first have the initial mail / connection working before thinking in changing it...

I'm afraid there is not much I can do. I just tried again to login with his account with the password I've PM-ed you and the login was successful. I really think the issue is PEBCAK.

Well, I did the same as you : use his credentials to login, and it works.

I sent him screenshots... maybe he doesn't use the good keyboard ?

Does he use anything to block site content such as scripts?
I'm blocking anything Google here, but I need Cloudflare to have the login working properly.
I'm usually logging in from my statistics page as you don't necessarily have cloudflare scripts on the landing page..

Problem solved.

It seems he had various accounts (??) for BAM stored into Firefox password management system, and apparently "one of them would overwrite" whatever he would enter manually (??), he deleted all these accounts in the FF passwords and then he could finally login with the credentials provided
