Hi,

I've got 2 X86_64 boxes and 5 ARM devices running BOINC all attached to BAM! (which is awesome btw )


This is since i joined up the ARM devices no points are registering against them on BAM, i can see the points on the project websites and boincstats, just not on BAM. The x86_64 clients are fine.

I've gone though the GDPR agreement stuff, anybody got any ideas what this might be?

I recently added 2 ARM devices and am having the same issue.

Credit for ARM devices does show up on other services (like https://stats.free-dc.org), but I've been using BAM for years and don't really want to switch.

Did you ever find a resolution?

I have checked a few of both of your hosts which do not show credit and all of them have no data associated with them in the stats exports from the projects. This can have a number of reasons, the most common are that they really didn't get any credit or that their CPID has changed since the last stats export so no match can be made. Unfortunately, keeping the host CPID stable can sometimes be tricky and there no good advices to do so.

For ppl looking this up in the future:

This appears to have self-resolved. Took about 3 days after the credit showed up at the project's side of things to transfer here initially. Updates properly after initial delay.
