Has anyone successfully changed your BAM account email address. I have tried and it is not working for me.

I did however successfully change the password on my BAM account.

Today I was able to successfully change the E-Mail address. Hurrah!

I changed my email address through BAM about a week ago, and then all hell broke loose!

My stats are completely ruined. (Check it out username: venox7). Negative numbers, no credit for the day, credit dropped from 425000 to 4000! etc...

I tried renewing my cpid about 2 days ago, but no luck yet.

Will this eventually come right by iteself?

It will, after all projects have lined up again with the new CPID.

How long does it usually take? It's now been 4 days, and still only 4000 of the 430000 credits are shown in my stats.

When I look at individual projects the totals look ok, but the combined is a different story.

Your credit is being transferred to a new CPID. You should clear your CPID in BAM! so it detects your new CPID.

I succesfully changed my email last week and almost all project changed there email. except predictor, wcg and hashclash. but i changed it manually now.
All my account are lined up on a new cpid except bbc climate and wcg but they never have aligned with my account. But now my bam account says that i dont have credits anymore. i tried to renew my cpid but it wont work. Somebody has a sugestion what i can do more.

My account is still not showing correct stats after 2-3 weeks of waiting for it to sort out the cpid. Went from 430 000 to 4100 credits after email change, newed cpid, still not correct. Then manually changed emails not updated, and now NOTHING!

All my projects have the same cpid's when checked on the projects' websites, but that cpid differs from the one reported by BAM...?

Shall I try to renew cpid again? Is there a bug with BAM not picking up the new cpid?

I tried to delete my account, then re-register, but account is not deleted. (Another bug?)

When I search for user venox7, and then select combined stats, everything shows up perfectly, only thing is, there isn't any history. In other words, a new user was created along with the new cpid. Is this normal? It also shows my max credits per day as 375 000.. I can crunch about 1000 per day, so this must be the "signup" figure..

Looks to me like a cpid cross pollination or something..

Might be, I'm reluctant to test it on my account. Anyway, not finding your correct CPID was indeed a bug (introduced with the option to disable the AMS functions).

My stats are back fine thanks willy.

i just need to wait that my other 2 projects (wcg and BBC) align with my boincstats account i think.

Mine seems to pick up the correct stats now as well, although my stats history has been lost, and the max credits per day stats are incorrect.

Willy, any possibility to clear the top two entires of my max credits per day?
