Bam ID: 16564

I've been trying to sign up for the World Community Grid project for a couple of days with no success. Would be great to not have to run a second client.

In Chrome I don't seem to get much response at all from either create or find account. When I hit Submit I get returned to the "Sign-up for projects" page.

In Internet Explorer and Firefox I get a message saying "Creating account at World Community Grid -> No response from project" and "Checking for existing account at World Community Grid -> -214" with nothing happening after 4 hours of waiting.

The BAM! Supported Projects page says:

World Community Grid Only supports reading from the project. BAM! can't update settings.

And if I recall correctly (I'm no WCG user), you have to create an account directly at WCG and then connect your BAM! account to that one.
