Hello,

All my boinc clients are crashing when trying to sync with BAM!
And the web site does not responding!
So i don't have any control on my 200 hosts

When BAM will be restarting?

My hosts (none of not 200 but still a bunch) do not crash when connecting with BAM!.

A little bit more info is welcome (BOINC versiion, OS, that kind of info).

i'm running the old ubuntu 8.10 client: 6.2.12 i686-pc-linux-gnu
I have configured bam to switch my hosts from enstein to QMC
When contacting BAM, i have different type of error.

1 no boinc crash but:
[error] no signing key from acount manager
[error] inconsistent signing key from acount manager

in this case, boinc still crunching but does not swap project

if i force sync with bam, it's work after a few retry

2 boinc crash whith no messages (boinc manager disconected)
boinc process still zombie and take 100% of cpu
so i must reboot the host.

Don't use any boinc-client from the ubuntu-repo. These are known for causing the errors "[error] no signing key from acount manager" and "[error] inconsistent signing key from acount manager".
I installed the berkeley-version 6.10.56 on all my hosts (4) with DotschUX1.2-64bit (based on Ubuntu8.04) and had/have never problems with both error messages.
