I started using BAM about a week ago and ever since I have to keep attaching to Rosetta on a daily basis. For some reason when the work units for Rosetta are completed and reported to the host Rosetta as a whole is gone and I have attach to the project again. Can you assist?

Are you attaching with BAM! or with BOINC manager's Advanced menu?

I just tried to attach with the option under Tools "Synchronize with BOINCstats/BAM" and it dumped all the Rosetta projects and when I tried to reattach to Rosetta with the "Advanced" option Rosetta is not even listed.

Check the "Project resources" section first to see that everything is set correctly; if so, then check your host list and find the host(s) you are have problems on. It sounds to me like "Delayed detach" is selected, which would detach you from the project after completing any work in progress.

The BOINC manager's Advanced menu.

You'll have to decide whether to use BAM! or the BOINC manager (when attaching); you can't have both.

As long as you are using BAM!, it will detach from projects that are not attached using BAM! i.e. when the "Attach?" checkbox in the host details is unchecked.
