When I select the no new work option in the hosts list and sync them the no new work option won't activate. I have to visit all my hosts and and change it manually.

I just tested with a 5.10.45 and a 6.1.0 host and it worked fine.

Ok then heres some additional info.

BOINCstats BAM ID 57117

BAM ID//Host name///////////////////Client version/////Last contacted BAM
126028//D3W3H071////////////////////5.10.45//////////2008-08-19 / 15:41:49
126030//ewhite.student.local///////////5.10.45//////////2008-08-19 / 15:46:51
126038//ethan-whites-ibook-g4.local///6.2.15///////////2008-08-19 / 15:54:12

As stated before the problem is when I select the no new work option in the host project options accessed through the host list link under the BAM menu in the upper left hand corner. After I sync my hosts with BAM the no new work option on the host doesn't activate. So I had to go and change the manually.

I checked some of the BAM! replies send to your hosts, and this problem is not caused by BAM!. For example, here is a part of the reply send to host 126028:

<account>
<url>http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/</url>
<url_signature>
[cut]
</url_signature>
<update>1</update>
<dont_request_more_work>1</dont_request_more_work>
<authenticator>xxxxx</authenticator>
</account>
<account>
<url>http://pirates.spy-hill.net/</url>
<url_signature>
[cut]
</url_signature>
<dont_request_more_work>1</dont_request_more_work>
<authenticator>xxxxx</authenticator>
</account>

As you can see, the dont_request_more_work is present in the reply. Then it's up to the client to act on it.
