3: Explain what you think is wrong.
For past two days one of my machines is getting the following error from BAM:
"account manager error: http error"

My two other machines connect though (i.e., HOST ID 2290299)

4: Explain how you think it should be.
Account manager contact succeeded

5: Provide a URL to the page on BOINCstats where you found the bug.
It says this in BOINC messages

6: Submit your BAM account ID and any relevant BAM host ID in every post.
I think my account ID is 8145

7: If the bug concerns a host/client, include the hostname in the post.
The problem is with hostname "amd64" | BAM ID 40272 | Host ID 1650338

Thanks for your help

Hmmmmm, nothing for me to check then.

Did you do anything to fix it?

No sir. Nothing I can think of that would have resolved the problem.

Copy all of what he said, except that it's still not working for me on 1 host.

Ok, got it working, was because of boinc in http 1.1 and squid using 1.0. Had to force http1.0 in bam by creating a cc_config.xml and inserting
<cc_config>
<options>
<http_1_0>1</http_1_0>
</options>
</cc_config>

in it.
