Here my problem:
With each synchro of customer BOINC on my account BAM, the projects disappear except Simap and Orbit.
I am currently disconnected from the BAM so that the projects work. What to make?

A usual reason is that other projects are not connected using BAM but using a classic way of attach via BOINC Mananger. Verytime Boinc connects to BAM server, project list gets synchronized hence BAM disconnects project not listed under particular host in BAM database.

(I think that project not supported by BAM stays attached).

What to make?
When using BAM, attaching/dettaching project has to be done via web-base menu of BAM in "Host List"

I already had a discussion with Antares and that's what he does.
Have you any other explanations ?

Couple weeks/months ago, I had similar problem. It was in early stages of BAM when bugs are to be expected.
I would try to delete the host from BAM and start over (create it again).

It is/was a known issue that some network+browser configuration is troublesome in selecting projects and writting info into the db. A very hard one to replicate.

Just wanted to check things but there are no host for user 351 in BAM!.

But however there exists???

I didn't say the user doesn't exist, just that user 351 doesn't have any hosts attached to BAM!.

That is your account. Willy says there are no hosts (computers) shown as attached to that account.

by the way, it's not good idea to show your phone number to the world... or even your email

I have just attached the customer boinc to BAM.
The one projects removed except SIMAP and Orbit.
In the list of the computers, BAM ID is 330.
With don't the information of my account, you find anything? Bizard!
What do I have to make?

Hmmm, now I see your host, I wonder why I missed that the first time I looked.

Anyway, I checked the logs, and every project that was detached, was not attached through BAM!. When BAM! doesn't know you want the project on that host, it detaches is. SIMAP was most probably already on the host when is was attached to BAM!, or it is in fact attached by BAM!. Can't tell it from the log, it doesn't go back that far.

So, you should attach the project by using BAM!, not by attaching them in the client.

I désinstalled then reinstalled boincmanager.
Nothing made there! More no project is attached by BAM!
I understand there nothing any more.

For the moment, I work disconnected from BAM, while waiting for that all returns in the order.
Wouldn't one have to remove the account and to recreate another of them?

All functions well now.
It rste just a small problem, I have two machines indicated in the list of the computers whereas actually there is only one of them (ID 330 and ID 11972).
The ID of origin is the 330. How to make to remove the 11972 bus with each suppression, this machine returns?
Or can you make the necéssaire?
