As Rosetta has some project preferences of its own, when a common preference as the resource is changed in BAM, its private ones are reset. It would be better if they would remain unchanged, although I suspect that it'd be up to the BOINC developers to address this issue.

The projects themselves should protect their project specific settings from being updated by BAM!, or release the specs of it to me so BAM! can control the settings.
