Credits for Moo! Wrapper & TN-Grid are not being reported in my account on Boinc Stats. However my credits do appear in BOINC Manager in the Project and Tasks section. Perhaps I am doing something wrong?

A normal search for your user name Bharritt gives me nothing, you don't exist.
But when I click on your name Bharritt I'm being redirected to a stats entry with Brent.
Searching for Brent, stats are giving me a lot of users with this name, some of them probably doubled.
Seems to me as you're having a CPID issue, and this is not BAM related then.
