I just registered for BAM, received the activation email, and clicked on the contained link with took me a log in screen. I entered my username and password then received an error message saying that my username or password were incorrect and to input my email address. I did this and received an email stating my username and password which was what I had just typed in so I tried it again and got the same result. Is there an error or has the 200 limit been reached.

If the 200 limit has been reached it seems funny that bam will send my login details, ie I've been registered, but some part of the username/password verification is doing the 200 limit check.

You just slipped through somehow. You are lucky user number 201. The activation page rejected you because of that, so your account was not activated. I activated it for you, you can now log in.

This is happening to me too.. signed up this morning and this eveing I cant activate the account. If I am over the 201 mark then not to worry - i can wait!

I made a small mistake implementing the account creation block. You should be able to activate now.
