For me, being at place 3855 at 09-20-05 and getting to 10058 by now certainly says I'm slacking. . . 98. 92%

Wow! I'm 5,312 in my country, contributed 0 credit to my country, but contributed more than 100% of my fellow citizens! Long live fuzzy math!

yeah, I've got the same thing contributed nothing and beat everyboday. I used to be slacking, but no more, thanks to my new c2d. It's really easy to spot on my position vs time graphs.

I think we should define who the REAL slackers are. I think a slacker should heretofore be a BOINC cruncher who does not keep BOINC crunching 24/ 7 by choice! Otherwise, they should be held to account for their slack-ness!

Well, Gerry, according to that we have levels, I have two 'puters running BOINC 24/ 7, but can't afford to have more at this moment, 2 of my old hosts are no longer with me, but still once in a while send data. I' working on improving my daily average

@ anyone. . . I have 2 compaq 500mhz CPU's OS Windows, would they run faster using linux to crunch BONIC projects? or is it not worth the change over.

@LJN007: crunching speed is really a factor of CPU speed, FSB speed, and amount of RAM. OS doesn't have much to do with it. There are also a good deal of projects that still only have Windows apps. The conversion may not be worth it.

@LJN007 Linux machines also get lower benchmark scores in the default client, which may make a difference depending on the projects you crunch
