So, this means they start with fresh stats as well. Was the previous Cels a beta project or a production project?

There are issues here. If I change the URL on BOINCstats (and thus BAM!) to the new URL, then you need to remove the account in BAM! and recreate it, but BAM! will take care of detaching from the old URL and attaching to the new one. Another problem with this approach is that the "old" stats will be cleared.

Second option is: retire the current Cels, and add it as a new project on BOINCstats (probably by renaming current Cels to Cels-Old). Then again you would need to create a new account, but then attach your hosts by hand. BAM! will detach your hosts from the old URL. Stats will saved and new stats will be started.

Perhaps you can contact their admin before taking further steps?
I had already asked in their forum if the old accounts would be transferred, but it seems they didn't do that.
I also recommended there they should rename the old project to Cels-Old.

At the moment there are some slight glitches (teams can't be joined for example) which should be solved properly before adding the new Cels to the stats and BAM!.

PS. Cels(-Old) was the production project before I think, because there was also a test project called Cels@Home [Second] Test Project (http://cels-at-home-dev.dyndns.org/test2/).

I think option two would better if they do a fresh start, like it looks at the moment.

Maybe you could contact the admin there or wait some time to see in which direction the project develops.

I would say that if they're not transferring accounts that we rename the old one and regard the new one as a new project.
