I think it's time to RETIRE it as the project owner/admin CAN NOT keep a SAFE and RELIABLE WEB SERVER.

Maybe someone should buy him a domain name from a reputable domain name provider.

The problem he is having comes from the .tk domain he uses. If you don't maintain a minimum traffic level on their free domain name service they take it back and use it as a spam site. They did this to him the last time as well.
