1 .- academic and administrative activities suspended until further notice for not having
with electricity and water.

2 .- Students are incorporated starting on the 5th of April.

3 .- Beginning on Monday March 8 at the campus Conception: Heads
Administration, Enforcement Building, Auxiliary Services and Staff
General Services Administration, to report to their workplaces to collaborate
in the evaluation and management of buildings.

4 .- E UdeC and special web page will be enabled temporarily from
9:00 and 17:00 hrs. (E: webmail.udec.cl ).

5 .- a) The University has suffered serious damage to its infrastructure that is
being evaluated technically.

b) The preliminary assessment indicates that the activities will be started on 5
April and meet with the academic year 2010.

c) The loss and damage to equipment and infrastructure are large, by
which the University calls for national and international community to assist in
reconstruction and operation of this institution of vocation and public service.

Still no servers and no website. I would suggest retiring the project til it shows signs once again. It has been gone for over a year now.
