Gilbert,

Do you happen to be in Australia, China, or any other Pacific country? We've been having some routing problems from these sites since about that time. We're working with our ISP on a solution, but no one is really sure of the cause.

We did have about a 6-hour outage this morning (unplanned) to replace our WRAP box that acts as the router for our servers.

Thanks, bryan!

Yes, I'm in the Philippines. I actually noticed at another site that Reisel users in those countries--plus Singapore, Japan, and some others--had not been granted credits starting at about the same time frame.

I figured last week it must have been a routing problem, and was hoping that you guys would have been able to fix it really soon.

I was about to re-set Reisel in my machines to see if that would work, but that would have wasted all those completed work units. I guess I got impatient and decided to call for help instead.

:-)

What I'm really wondering about is that the Net should have been able to re-route traffic between us, given that Reisel servers were accessible everywhere except Asia-Pacific.

...hhmmm... maybe your ISP is blocking As-Pac IP addresses?
