You were probably running projects on it that are retired.

Looking at your hosts it seems more like split CPID's. You have systems that gained that amount of credit after the other one lost it. They have the same CPU, but no history (so according to BS, a new host). The are also running Win7. Did you upgrade the systems?

Well kinda i had some harddrive failures so i decided to replace it, but the dual boot xp did not work.
It should be win 7 - x64 thats what should be the os running
So i removed the disk and inserted a new ssd one then i restored the backup
But boinc did not work when it was restored so i reinstalled boinc over the old install
Now you mention it that is the moment it shows negative in the stats its showing the wrong os.

4 AMD Phenom(tm) II X3 720 Processor 1(3) Microsoft Windows XP 52,959 0 177 -2,865,771 549 -

Any ideas how to solve this weird problem

the phenom will stay running at win7 - x64 the old xp won't be used anymore so i guess i restored the wrong boinc map
sadly i deleted the other backups

Try merging the computers at the project sites.
