E@H it could be either side. Project puts the Stat's at a Download Point and BS copies the Stat's in a download

Willy replied to my bug report and fixed the Einstein stats issue. As Staci said, big daily report tomorrow.

@TPCBF, I disagree; the timing is impeccable. These are clearly secondary issues from HTTPS. I think @JeffL-NH is spot on.
