I can sign in as russellmcneil but my user name is russ mcneil and that won't let me sign in. I got it once but have lost it.

You need to link your BAM account to your projects. I think it's only possible if they have the same email and password.

go to "sign up for projects" and use "find account" on whatever project. It will try to find the account with the email+pw

not sure if username must be similar as well. I think email+pw are more important

if you have different passwords for the project, you could try to change your BS password during all of those signups..

They all get exhausted turn by turn, not just MW. Then take a break for a few days. It will be back.
